Account email, subscription status, support messages. No logs, DNS queries, IPs, or browsing history.
How we use it
Service operation, support, tax compliance, abuse detection. No ads, profiling, AI training, or third-party AI sharing.
VPN commitment
Linorro VPN does not sell, use, or disclose user data to third parties for any purpose. No connection logs exist.
Processors
Apple, Google, Stripe, Cloudflare. Each has a DPA and provides equal protection for user data.
Retention
Email: cancellation + 30d. Billing: 7 years. Support: 180d. Load: 30d aggregate. Logs: not kept.
International transfers
SCCs (4 June 2021) apply outside the EEA, with encryption-in-transit and at-rest.
GDPR rights
Access, rectify, erase, port, object, restrict. Complaint to DPA. Email privacy@linorrovpn.com.
California (CCPA)
Right to know, delete, opt out of sale (we don't sell), correct, non-discrimination.
Security & breach
AES-256, TLS 1.3, tmpfs log dirs, annual audit. 72-hour breach notification (Art. 33/34).
